100,000 Evacuated as Tsunami hits Hawaii

The news of the day seems to be the Tsunami warning for Hawaii after the massive 8.8earthquake which shook Chile the other day.

Since the Chile earthquake there has been a growing concern over a large Tsunami wave heading for the Islands of Hawaii. Several Hawaii Tsunami 2010 video's popped up online, or at least the promise of one.

According to early reports, the Tsunami generated from the 2010 earthquake in Chile is nothing compared to what it could have been. There are no reports of serious damage as a result of the 2010 Tsunami that hit Hawaii after the Chile earthquake.

Of course, the Internet searches for the Hawaii 2010 Tsunami video as well as Japan 2010 Tsunami will have you think otherwise. Although the Chile Earthquake of 2010 was massive, the resulting Tsunami seemed to have caused very little damage in Hawaii. The Hawaii 2010 Tsunami video simply shows the tides rising 3 to 8 feet however damage was not spread beyond what was initially expected.

As a result of the 2010 Tsunami warning for Hawaii, over 100,000 people were evacuated, however, some did stay behind to record video footage of the 2010 Hawaii Tsunami to post on the Internet.
