according to rumors, Google Voice will give Google Voice members a Google Voice Mail box which would enable friends from all over the world to leave messages. Rumors also indicate a rich offering of features from Google Voice which would include Call forwarding of your Google Voice calls to any phone around the world. Details on the cost of Google Voice are not available at this time, however Google Voice is a service currently going through testing via GrandCentral, a company Google purchased awhile back.
Apparently, GOOGLE VOICE has already purchased 1 Million phone numbers from a provisioning company to test out the many features of GOOGLE VOICE.
