Don't you just love the rumour mill. The latest has 16 Year old MILEY CYRUS PREGNANT and the father is her most recent boyfriend 21 Year Old Justin Gaston. I guess Justin hasn't read into the laws, what is the old saying "16 will get ya 20"

Apparently the 16 year old skank in the making met 21 Year old Justin Gaston during the taping of the country reality TV show Nashville Star. As the story goes, although JUSTIN GASTON was kicked off the show during week three, he remained close to the family and is now boinking the teenaged daughter fo the shows host, Billy Ray Cyrus.

Whether these rumours are true or not, MILEY CYRUS is definately on her way to becoming another Hollywood skank, in tandem with her roll model and buddy Lindsay Lohan. Hmmm, maybe after awhile, MILEY CYRUS will become a LESBIAN as well.... it seems to be in style.

Billy Ray Cyrus now says he did not look over vanity Fair Shoot

Billy Ray Cyrus says he wasn't around when Annie Leibovitz photographed his 15-year-old daughter, Miley, wrapped in a sheet with her back exposed, for the June issue of Vanity Fair magazine.

"I wasn't there at the time," the 46-year-old country star said in an interview Tuesday on NBC's "Today" show.

"(Miley's) publicist was there, and everyone seemed in control," he said. "I didn't know they (were) gonna strip her down and wrap her with a blanket."

"So I was surprised when I saw it, you know, but ... stuff happens. That's life. Things happen and sometimes things get a little out of control and you just gotta deal with life," he said. "Again, it's peaks and valleys and ups and downs."

Cyrus, who co-stars with Miley in Disney Channel's "Hannah Montana," said Leibovitz was a "good person and a great photographer" but looking back, he would have stayed to chaperone the photo shoot.

Another photo in the Vanity Fair spread that caused a stir was the image of Miley in a black tank top that revealed her midriff as Cyrus held her in his arms.

When asked if that photo was a mistake, Cyrus said: "It's not a mistake to me. If it is to someone else, I'm sorry if I offended somebody, but no, that's just a daddy that loves his daughter a whole lot."

Cyrus said he and Miley "got caught up in this adventure that we've gone through with this dream, and what we do for a living. ... We both love acting, we love making music and we love each other. I'm her dad and she's my daughter, so if a daddy hasn't hugged his daughter recently, I'd recommend he does."

Billy Ray Cyrus stands up for his Slutty Daughter Miley Cyrus

BILLY RAY CYRUS says he's "amazed" by his daughter MILEY's perseverance in the face of the recent controversy over her Vanity Fair shoot, in which she appeared to be topless underneath a sheet.

"I can't imagine being her age and going through what she went through," he tells OK! magazine. "I'm amazed she kept on."

"I know the business can eat you alive, but I'm a calloused old veteran, and she's a young, teenage girl," he says. "It's a heck of a storm to survive even with maturity."

Currently, his only advice is for the busy Miley to slow down. "I tell her to get some sleep," he says. "I swear I would try to protect her as far as sleep goes."

Easier said than done! Billy Ray is having a hard time taking his own advice, while working on the new 'Hannah Montana' movie, a new album and hosting the CBS reality show "Nashville Star," sleep is not on the calendar.

"I'm going to fit that into next year's schedule," he says jokingly. "My motto is 'Sleep when you're dead.'"

It was reported earlier this week that new pictures of Miley Cyrus in her underwear had surfaced on the web. According to the rumor mill, these new pictures are far worse than the previous "racy" pictures of the Disney Channel teen diva that had surfaced online. These new pictures have been described by some reporters as coming close to "child porn."

Other questionable pictures of Miley Cyrus that began circulating online in recent weeks featured the teenage sensation in a bikini and getting cozy with a female friend. The new pictures at the root of the underwear scandal make those earlier pictures look very Disney-like indeed.

Miley herself responded to the infamous "sleepover" pictures, insisting that they were "nothing bad." No word yet from her camp about whether she sees the alleged underwear shots as equally innocent, or whether she even admits their authenticity.

Considering the current state of Hollywood weirdness, the obvious question becomes: How can we stop this girl from becoming Britney Spears?


Maybe I'm a hopeless romantic, but I think there's still hope for Hannah Montana. Britney Spears, in my opinion, is a very unique case. (That's an understatement if I've ever made one.) Much can be explained by recent reports of a history of mental instability in the Spears family. The last star to "turn into Britney Spears" was Jamie Lynn Spears. I don't think that's a coincidence.
So maybe Miley Cyrus will follow in her family's footsteps instead of Britney's. In that case, she'll release one mediocre but sensationally well-received single and fade into obscurity.

It's always easy to blame the parents. But for some reason I find it almost impossible to blame the "Achy Breaky Heart" guy for anything. I mean come on... he's the "Achy Breaky Heart" guy.

Instead, I say the responsibility falls on the internet community, and on America's celebrity-worship culture. For every "journalist" who makes a big deal about these stories, there are a thousand random citizens scouring Google to find the racy pics. Neither party is helping Miley Cyrus or any other teenage girl by perpetuating this perversity into the American spotlight over and over again. Eventually, sickness becomes glamorous due to the sheer amount of attention devoted to it.

On one internet gossip message board called "SuperiorPics Celebrity Forum", a user started a discussion about Miley's underwear. No big surprise... except that this was in September of 2007 -- many months before the underwear rumors surfaced, and long before there were any rumors about these new pictures even existing.



Another SuperiorPics user replied, "Dunno how old you are, but Miley Cyrus is only 15."

Britney Spears and the seedy underbelly of the internet aside, the question becomes more simple, more direct: is Miley Cyrus a troubled girl? Or maybe just a stone cold skank? Either one might be a fair label, if the pictures are, in fact, legitimate. But can you blame her for becoming either of those things? Seriously, look at the country she lives in... you can't blame a 15-year-old girl for trying to fit in. So maybe if you start raising your kids right -- maybe if you stop letting your 13-year-old wear hooker makeup and post cleavage shots on her MySpace profile -- maybe then racy Miley Cyrus photos will stop showing up on the internet.
