Paypal Glitch

Apparently Paypal seems to be having a little bit of a hick-up where sellers are unable to withdraw funds. I see nothing on the Paypal site as far as information and I do not know if this problem is limited to the UK or whether it is worldwide.

Many sellers are reporting a problem this morning with PayPal withdrawals: attempting to move cash to your bank account throws up an error page beginning Sorry, an error occurred after you clicked the last link. The message goes on “if you were in the process of buying something… we recommend you check your PayPal account … for a transaction confirmation within the next 24 hours” - though as of now, we’re unaware of this problem affecting anyone trying to purchase something; it seems to be limited to merchants trying to withdraw money.

Some sellers have had success simply refreshing the page: it then flips back to the normal withdrawal process.
